Tim Zühlke, born in 1967, has been active in executive search since 1995. During his studies of law and literature he learned headhunting as a student trainee. Tim established his professional career at Korn Ferry, Boyden International and Smith & Jessen in Frankfurt. There, he specialized in the capital market business and in corporate finance and occupied the position of managing director of the Frankfurt branch.

With more than 150 successfully concluded searches in financial services, Tim is a highly experienced and specialized consultant. His network covers both London and the entire German-speaking region of Europe. Tim attaches great importance to assisting at all levels and cooperating with candidates and clients on a long-term basis.

One of the founding members of Indigo Headhunters, Tim is carrying on in the headhunting business in a trusting, team-oriented and professional environment. In addition to his managing activities, Tim has been entrusted with press work and represents the company in public.

Tim Zühlke lives in Frankfurt and speaks German, English and Spanish.
