Szymon Kedzierski was born in 1979 in Lodz, Poland, and has been living in Frankfurt, Germany, since 1986. He earned his bachelor's degree in economics (VWA) in 2010.

Szymon started his professional career in 2001 at Smith & Jessen Headhunters in Frankfurt, where he learned about personnel consulting from the ground up in the research field. He has participated in over 500 searches on both the national and international levels in investment banking, real estate and legal areas and provided an executive function in the research field.

Szymon’s field of responsibilities covered data generation and evaluation as well as the direction of the research team. He was also involved in processing projects in Eastern Europe, in particular in his home country of Poland, and participated in a number of successful high level placements.

In 2007, Szymon continued his professional career at the newly established company of Indigo Headhunters, where he works as a consultant in asset management, investment banking and real estate.

Szymon Kedzierski is fluent in German, Polish and English.
