Noushin Cosgun (née Langari) was born in Teheran, Iran, in 1979 and has been living in Germany since 1984. She holds a master degree in psychology of the University of Koblenz-Landau and her studies comprised business, work and clinical psychology.

She gained professional experience at Allianz Deutschland AG as an Account Executive with responsibility for private and corporate clients.

Her career in executive search started in 2007 at one of UK's leading recruitment companies in Frankfurt in the Financial Services Division. She successfully placed candidates at all levels in the areas of asset management, investment banking and insurance.

Noushin joined Indigo Headhunters in 2011 as a consultant. She is responsible for the insurance (direct insurance, reinsurance, pension-funds) and renewable energies.

Noushin Cosgun is fluent in German, English and Farsi.
