Kathrin von Hardenberg (née Schwarz) was born in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, in 1977 and grew up in Osnabrück, where she completed her secondary education in 1996. She studied international business administration at the European Business School (ebs) in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany and supplemented her studies with semesters at the École Supérieure de Commerce in La Rochelle, France and at San Diego State University, USA.
Following her degree in business administration, Kathrin began her professional career as an associate at Whitehead Mann, a British executive search company, where she contributed to the establishment of the first German office in Frankfurt. Until 2005, Kathrin’s consulting focus was on the recruitment of legal staff. In 2005, she moved to the Frankfurt branch of Smith & Jessen, where she was responsible for setting up the legal and real estate practices and establishing them in the market.
Kathrin von Hardenberg forms part of the six-member founding team of Indigo Headhunters. She is one of the managing directors of the company, heads the legal and real estate practices and is responsible for internal process and quality management.
Kathrin is fluent in German, English and French.
