Hans Maximilian Mantell, another of the six founders of Indigo Headhunters, is responsible for the company’s overall infrastructure as well as for the research and information management sections. His consulting focus is on IT, operations and financial engineering.

Hans was born in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, in 1973 and finished his secondary education in 1992. He studied computer science and linguistics at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University. As early as 1991, he worked as a freelance information technologist and media consultant and gained experience in the market research industry in the following years.

In 2000, Hans was employed by Smith & Jessen to establish the infrastructure of the information technology and database/CRM sectors at the recently founded company. In addition, Hans was responsible for the research section which, under his direction, grew from national to global level. Hans also implemented the expansion of the infrastructure, both in conceptual and operative terms. Before his withdrawal, he was the assistant managing director of the Frankfurt branch.

Hans Mantell is fluent in German and English.
