Anja Florack has been in the executive search industry since 1997. She worked for eight years as a consultant at MZ Consulting, a Frankfurt-based boutique search firm, specialising in financial services. Furthermore she spent four years with Heidrick & Struggles. In their Frankfurt office, she was an assignment manager and thereafter associate principal in the global financial service team and a member of the European asset & wealth management practice.

She successfully completed numerous national and international executive searches covering the complete banking industry with a strong focus on wealth management, asset management and corporate banking.

Anja obtained her degree in business administration from the University of Frankfurt majoring in tax and auditing. She began her earlier career as an associate in the tax department of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Since the beginning of 2010, Anja has enlarged the consultants’ team of Indigo Headhunters. She focuses on private banking/wealth management, corporate banking and the legal practice.

Anja speaks German and English. She is married and lives in Frankfurt.
