Born in 1971, Andreas Pudelko studied political science and psychology at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany during which time he was employed as a project manager for one of the market leaders in executive search services in Germany.

After receiving his university degree, Andreas began his professional career with a position at Ray & Berndtson. In 2002, he moved to the UK-based executive search consultants firm of Whitehead Mann, which at the time was establishing its German branch. At Whitehead Mann, Andreas was responsible for filling numerous international positions in the financial services sector. During this time, he gained substantial experience in the information technology, marketing and human resources fields.

In January 2006, Andreas became a consultant at Smith & Jessen. With the fixed income sector as his focus, he fully concentrated on the expansion of the capital markets practice and successfully recruited individuals for numerous positions in both Germany and the UK. In addition, Andreas consulted with clients searching for candidates in equities, commodities, ALM and alternative investments.

In October 2007, Andreas Pudelko and five other partners founded Indigo Headhunters. As managing director, Andreas is focused on real estate and heads the company’s capital markets practice with Tim Zühlke.

Andreas Pudelko is fluent in German, English and French.
