Andreas Krischke was born in Kronberg im Taunus, Germany, in 1971. He obtained degrees in Business Administration and Economics at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt.

In 1996, Andreas started his professional career in personnel consulting and founded his own personnel consulting firm shortly after. Andreas sought consulting experience in an international environment, so after a few years of being self- employed he moved to Heidrick & Struggles, a global executive search company. As a member of the financial services practice, Andreas was responsible in the fields of corporate finance, asset management, capital markets and hedge funds.

Before co-founding Indigo Headhunters, Andreas provided consulting services at Smith & Jessen in Frankfurt, Germany, assisting the asset management clients. In addition, he successfully worked in the capital markets field, where, through working with a large number clients, he gained a thorough insight in overall banking administration.

With the founding of Indigo Headhunters, Andreas Krischke again took up self- employment. His professional focus is on corporate finance, corporate banking and asset management. Andreas is responsible for the finances at Indigo Headhunters.

Andreas is fluent in German and English.
